BookedBeacon provides missed-call recovery and appointment handoff services for participating HVAC businesses. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, call a BookedBeacon-enabled number, or exchange text messages with the service.

Information we process

We may process your phone number, message content, service issue, ZIP code, availability, call and message delivery records, and information you voluntarily provide. Website hosting providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to missed calls, qualify service requests, deliver the request to the participating HVAC business, provide booking options, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service reliability.

Website analytics

We use limited first-party analytics to understand page views, approximate sessions, popular pages, and referral sources. The analytics system uses a temporary identifier stored only for the current browser session. It does not store raw IP addresses or use advertising cookies.

Sharing and retention

Service-request information is shared with the HVAC business you contacted and with providers required to operate the service, including communications, hosting, and scheduling providers. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, support, and legal obligations.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any BookedBeacon text conversation to opt out. Reply START to opt back in. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@bookedbeacon.com. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to their contractual and legal protections.
